The Prairie Butler is offered as a monthly subscription. Your subscription begins on the date you are onboarded and billed monthly thereafter.
To use the service, you provide us with your family's names, phone numbers, and schedule information. You own this information. We use it only to provide the service to you.

By providing your phone number and enrolling in the service, you consent to receive SMS messages from The Prairie Butler, including:

The Prairie Butler is a scheduling and reminder service. We are not responsible for missed appointments, late arrivals, or any consequences resulting from reliance on our reminders or dashboard information. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup records for important events.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month in which an issue arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email or SMS. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
