The Prairie Butler is a service for families, and we do collect the names of children as family members in order to personalize your dashboard. We do not collect phone numbers or email addresses for children. Children do not directly interact with our service — all communication is through the parents or guardians who have subscribed.
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation (up to 90 days) in case you choose to reactivate. After that, your data is deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
